How to register

To register for the Council to Homeless Persons (CHP) Conference 2019 please click on “Register Now”.

Online registration is strongly recommended, and the preferred method of registering.

Registration for the Youth Stream

Melbourne City Mission and DHHS are sponsoring 100 registrations for sector workers who are working with young people aged 16 to 25 who are homeless or at risk of  homelessness to;

  • assist them in maintaining family connections
  • support  work towards family reconciliation where possible
  • develop an understanding of the important social connections or relationships that can sustain them throughout their lives.

If you are interested to attend the Conference;

  • please submit your expression of interest by emailing FRMP frmp@mcm.org.au
  • The email to FRMP has to be titled CHP Conference Expression of Interest and should state: role title, name of organisation and the region you are based in.

 

Conference Entitlements

Full registration entitles the delegate to:

  • all conference sessions on Monday 14 and Tuesday 15 October 2019
  • welcome reception including awards on Monday 14 October 2019
  • lunch, morning and afternoon teas on Monday 14 and Tuesday 15 October 2019
  • conference materials 

 

Day registration entitles the delegate to:

  • all conference sessions on the day of registration
  • lunch, morning and afternoon teas on the day of registration
  • conference materials

Payment

All conference payments must be received prior to the conference.

All amounts in the registration form are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Once your registration has been processed, receipt of payment will be emailed to you, to the email address you provide as your contact email in your registration.
